Orders

  • All our pieces are handmade to order by Hannah Havanna in her London studio.
  • Once you have placed your order and the payment has been cleared we aim to send you your piece within 2 weeks.
  • When Hannah has placed the finishing touches to your necklace we will send you an email to let you know it’s on its way.
  • If delivery time is a bit longer (because Hannah is busy making) we will inform you straight away by email.

Delivery:

  • UK Delivery: £5 Royal Mail Delivery Service
  • TIMING: Normally within 1-3 working days (parcels will need to be signed for)
  • EU Delivery: £10 Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service. TIMING: Normally within 3-5 working days (parcels will need to be signed for)
  • Non-EU Delivery*:£15 Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service.
  • TIMING: Normally within 3-7 working days (parcels will need to be signed for.)
*Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

  • As all our pieces are made to order we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange unless the piece is faulty.
  • We are very proud of the quality of the pieces and take a lot of care to ensure that every detail is perfect. However if for any reason you find a fault please return the item unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Ask for a proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damage in transit.
  • Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
